Principal and General Manager
Rich Thompson brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, finance, sales, and business ownership, along with leadership expertise in the Residential Assisted Living category to his role as Principal of the Mesa Investment Collective, and General Partner at Ottercreek Haven.
A lifelong learner who brings both creative vision and operational discipline, Rich has started and operated multiple successful businesses. He is often invited by RAL teams to play a significant role even beyond raising capital, with his unique approach to bold, compassionate, collaborative, and strategic operational leadership.
For investors who work with him, Rich makes complex concepts understandable and brings credibility, warmth, optimism, integrity, and wisdom to each interaction. He is fueled by a heart for others, a hunger for continual growth and learning, and a desire to share his knowledge so that others can have a “seat at the table” for investments that enable high potential returns.
